Yes, thanks, my mistake, I must have been tired at night. I just forgot that you have to set the Height ine the Material Edit separately if you switch to Iray

Hi all,

Sorry for another newbie question but I was wondering how can I set up Iray or even the default renderer to show the actual displacement of the mesh not just the paralax effect.
Do I need to use a custom made mesh for that or can I use the hi-res plane?
I drag and drop the Height output on 3D view and choose Height and set up its power to 1 but I all got is paralax effect and the mesh is not affected at all.
Also I would like to know what are the proper settings for the the Iray height option called Lenght to get proper amount of details shown.
The Minimum Lenght by default is 10

Substance Designer - Technical Support - [SOLVED] Substance Designer crashes while Export To Substance Share

Hi all,

My Substance Designer 5.3.0  crashes while I am trying to Export To Substance Share or Publish. Any idea? Am I doing something wrong?
It can be a small graph or very complicated, it doesn't matter.
Am I missing something?
The program just jumps back to the desktop.
I have Windows 7 Professional 64 bits
