I did this but it didn't fix the problem, and I haven't even been able to register the software because of this immediate crash.

I am having this problem as well but in my case the SUBSTANCE PLAYER folder is not there.

I keep getting this message.

I added a white mask to the smart material then I masked out with black.

So I have been struggling with this and its driving me up the walls now. Frustrated is an understatement... any way, this is the problem.

I have a project and I used a smart material on it but every time I save it, close it and reopen it the material gets distorted, does anyone know how to fix this?

I am about to start a new semester as an animation student and I submitted my request for SP Student Version but when I clicked "Submit" I was immediately redirected to the 30 day free trial tab. Am I missing something? do I have to wait for e-mail confirmation? or do I just download the 30 day trial and then turns into the one year student license? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
