Substance Painter - Feature Requests - Shared VRAM

It's rather a question, that a direct feature request: is there any plans to make it possible for Painter to dump some data from VRAM to a RAM if there's not enough of it? Maybe that's what are you planning to do to fit UDIMs in Painter and this feature is already on it's way?
I'm now in a business of picking a new GPU, so it would be nice to know what can be more important for comfortable work in Painter in the near(ish) future: VRAM size or good ol' computation speed or even raytracing.
