Author Topic: Targa exports grayscale  (Read 1168 times)

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but I'm exporting maps out of B2M 3 as tga's.  It appears to save the targas for Roughness, Metal, AO, ect as grayscale.  UE4 is not reading those in.  I open the map in photoshop and change to RGB and re-save.  Is it possible to just export all the maps as RGB.  Maybe I'm missing something.  Thanks for the help!

The problem seems to be know on UE4 side (https://answers.unrealengine.com/questions/390002/error-when-importing-grayscale-tga-files.html?sort=oldest).
On B2M side it's not possible to export grayscale outputs (Grayscale nodes in B2M graph) as RGB, it's something that unfortunately need to be handled separately.
