Author Topic: I can not use my wacom tablet in Substance Painter 2  (Read 3420 times)

Hello everybody from Allegorithmic ,

I'm from Brazil and do two days I bought the substance painter 2 by steam , started using it for college work , but when I tried to use my tablet wacom it just did not work in the program.
When I'm using the tablet the cursor not even move, but when I go back to using the mouse it works normally.
My tablet is wacom intous comic ( http://www.wacom.com/en-es/products/pen-tablets/intuos-comic ) , using the last uptade which was released to her.
Could you please help me? I do not know what to do anymore and I use the tablet to do everything, including modeling in zbrush and to draw , and it works very well in both cases.
I overpaid on leave of you and wish I could take advantage of the right way of the program. Please help me!  :'(

I await an answer , since in my notebook the tablet is functioning normally.

So the same tablet works on one computer bot not the other ?
Do you have the same drivers installer on both computers ?

Yes! I have the same drivers em both computers, i don't understand doesn't works in my pc, but work in my notebook.

Can you launch this application of both of your computers and tell me if your tablet work with it ?

XP-Pen DECO 03 Graphics Tablet

  I have a DECO 03 and it's pretty good and I can do a lot of it on  substance painter 2 .it works well .
