I'm wanting to take the Roughness/Metallic/Ambient-occlusion/Height textures and pack them into one texture.
So for example, put Roughness into R, Metallic into G, Ambient-occlusion into B, and Height into Alpha channels of one texture output.

Is there a way to do this with Substance Designer or B2M?

       New to Designer myself but to answer your question I think, you can do that by using a RGBA-MERGE node. Connect that to diffuse/baseColour output node and then save the texture out that way.
