Author Topic: Not able to cancel my subscription...  (Read 1821 times)

When I attempt to cancel my Live subscription, via my accounts page, I get a pop-up saying "An error has occurred".  Are you guys aware of this issue?  The previous system worked without an issue.

We are aware of this and working on it.
In the meantime, please go to your Paypal account to cancel your subscriptions.
