Author Topic: How to extract mask from layer color pixels data  (Read 602 times)

I am painting a terrain skin where there is a grass layer on top of a concrete layer. Because I need to paint the height information, its easiest to just paint the grass directly on its layer. But this process does not produce a mask. However, Its seems like there is some kind of mask being created because the grass fringe blends perfectly with the concrete layer below. Is it possible for SP to extract a mask from a layer?
