Due to the installation of the MoodPack to external HD not having a directory path, just ext. HD Does the directory build need to be the same as "Documents"? - ext.HD/Substance Painter 2/shelf/allegorithmic.

you just need to create a new Shelf (from the Substance Painter preferences) at your desired location.

As for me, I also choose Fantasy Knight Moodpack, so big thanks... but do not worry, I ll buy also the other one... but here is my question... in fantasy knight moodpack there those tools for making holes into something, but how are supposed to work? it will not make any transparency, only surrounding damage around the hole... so how the hole itself can be made with those tools? THNX

Im trying figure it myself... and im already out of idea's.

I can get black color inside only if i enable color map on tool, but this give me white circle around it

But for now i just workaround by painting black color on layer that is under tools.


EDIT:

OK im stupid, everything is OK with Tool. Just see reasult in IRAY(F4) or change Shader to PBR-Metal-Rough-with-alpha-blending inside Viewer Settings.

Well... it still not wortking for me... neither in Iray neither in pbr-metal-rough_with alphablending... No holes... But deifinately some manual to mood pack would be great...

Hi Guys, I'm new with SP and I love it so far. I just got the mood pack, which looks awsome, but how can I put all that information into the software? I also have the database but I dont know what to do with it. Any links of info?

You just need to install the Moodpack, that's all

Regarding the Database: just put it in your shelf manually, or drag&drop it in Substance Painter.

Busy playing with my new MOOD PACK... THANK YOU.   

FYI... when I downloaded the Military Soldier mood pack (Windows), the file had no extension.  I manually added a ".exe" extension, double-clicked, and it installed it to a directory.  I added the directory to my list of Shelf folders and it's working fine.

(I need to learn some "best practices" for managing Shelf folders, but I'll save that for another day, unless someone wants to provide a quick link to an existing resource.)

Anyway... Loving SP v2 and enjoying my free bonus.

I didn't want to open a new thread for this question.  Is there a time limit on the coupon codes we got?  I assume there will be more packs to come in the feature, and I prefer to wait for something more suitable for me

I don't remember the answer about a time-limit, but someone else was wondering about waiting for future packs.

The response was our code applies only to the three packs currently available, so there is no point in waiting.
