Apologies if this has been answered before but I'm not finding any information about how to handle images I've imported into Painter. i.e. I would like to delete old ones or better organize them etc.

How would one go about doing so?

Froyok

There is a clean function in the file menu.
This function will delete from the project any unused resources (you will have to save the project for it to take fully effect).

Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
