Price of Substance live if you own both painter and designer

I have recently bought substance painter for half the price on steam. After that, I realized  that I can buy live for 149.99 on the allegorithmic website which is the SAME price of designer.

As of now substance designer is also on sale on steam for 119 dollars.
So my question is if I buy it right now on steam and link my account, will I get substance live for free or do I need to pay an additional amount?

Hey shuao,

to get promoted to a Substance Live user you don't need only Substance Designer and Substance Painter but also Bitmap 2 Material.
You need all those three programs to get Substance Live.
