How can i create sbsar archive in substance painter?
I can do it now, or it is not possible?
may appear in this eksprort in substance painter?

You can't yet export from Substance Painter to an sbsar file. That's planned however.

Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
