Input Tweaks

Just getting started with the first tutorial for SD4 "My First Substance."  Everything seems to work until I get to step 13.  I followed step 12 with the "expose" and called the parameter "Dirt".  However, when I "double click in the graph view and check the Input Tweaks parameters" nothing happens.  Where is the "Input Tweaks" panel supposed to show up?

It is at the very bottom of the properties column on the right of your screen. It might be collapsed by default.
