How do I access the Substance Live Data base??
Paid the $299.00 for the Indie.

what do you mean by Substance Live Data base?
Do you mean the 'Substance Database'? (https://www.allegorithmic.com/products/substance-database)

It's not part of Substance LIVE in any way and never was. The Substance Database is an independent product and is sold separately either monthly or upfront.
