Author Topic: Substance Database to 3Ds Max, Material Setup.  (Read 2517 times)


I have recently tried setting up a substance from the database into a 3ds Max Scene and I am having some trouble. After searching the internet and these forums I have not found away on how to achieve what I am trying to. What I am currently look for is a turtial or a list on how and where each node from the substances connect to the nodes on the 3DS max standard material. The Nodes I currently have are :

  • Diffuse
  • Base Color
  • Normal
  • Secular
  • Glossiness
  • Roughness
  • Metallic
  • Ambient occlusion
  • Height

If possible I would like to know how to connect these to vray as well.
