It would be nice to have an option to enable bilinear filtering on the 2d view.
I make low-res particle textures and with the current point filtering it's sometimes hard to see what it would look like filtered.

You should already have bilinear filtering in the 3DView, what version are you running ?

Yeah I have it in the 3d view - I was referring to the 2d view.
I suppose I can just 'RMB -> View in 3d view' (or pin) the node I want to look at.
Still getting used to the interface :)

Indeed the 2d view doesn't have filtering, I'll write that down in our feature requests list.
