'leather bag' preset in substance painter exports inverted normlas, looks like when I choose openGL it export DirectX and vice-versa.

any solution?

It's the height to normal conversion that has a bug. It will be fixed in the next version.
Meanwhile you can create an empty layer at the top of your stack, set the height channel blending mode to pass-through and use a level effect to invert the channel (0 as 0 and 1 as -1).
Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
