I read one post at cg-society(go down of post). Also i search over forum about probable or existing extension/solution/plug-in for arnold to support substance. I read several threads(especially for maya) that need to bake  to texture.
SA released api for extensions(shaders/plugins) - https://support.solidangle.com/display/AFCUG/C4DtoA+API - maybe for making of procedural support

Maybe it helps to expand Substance for all arnold's bridges
