As the title says: Polygroups from zBrush can slow down Painters Viewport! I upload the obj and zBrush file.
If I export a mesh from zBrush and it has some polygroup defined,
the viewport in Substance Painter is slow and without fast and responsible.

Did you imported the mesh as an OBJ ?
If yes, that's probably a bug we fixed internally. The next update should get rid of the problem.
Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
