It would be very helpful for VFX artists if bump could be added as an alternative for normal map, which is tend to produce blackening effect in render n also very problematic with single sided mesh i.e for example leaf n all.

You can use the height channel, which is basically bump. It is converted to a normal map for the sake of rendering in the Painter viewport, but you can also export that height channel and use it directly in your renderer.
