How to request help about Baking :

- Mention which version of Substance Painter you are using
- List your baking configuration (resolutions, parameters, etc).
- Attach a log file to your message : https://docs.substance3d.com/spdoc/exporting-the-log-file-128745475.html
- Attach images of your issues (especially a close of your issue and the layout of your mesh UVs)
- Attach your mesh files if you can

All those step will help everybody answer faster and precisely about your issues or questions.
