Feature Request: We need to be able to update existing smart materials
Our team is setup with a custom shelf that syncs to Perforce. This makes sharing smart materials easy. BUT we cannot update existing smart materials easily.
Current Workflow:
1. Check out smart material from Perforce
2. Make changes to smart material
3. Create NEW smart material
4. Delete old smart material
5. Rename new smart material to the old name
6. Check in smart material to Perforce
Desired Workflow:
1. Check out smart material from Perforce
2. Make changes to smart material
3. Right click, UPDATE smart material. Update smart material with same name
4. Check-in smart material to Perforce
