Just got the substance suite indie... no source credits?

I was going to download a material through source in the launcher, but it just kept spinning and never downloading, so i went to the website to try and download the material and it says I have no source points! What do I do???

Hi,
When I look into your account it looks like you have been credited the points from your subscription.
The issue probably comes from the account you are logged in with.

Please follow the steps here if you can't find your points!

That's my problem, I am logged in with algorithmic, on substance source on substance launcher, it says I have points, but when I got to download something, it never actually downloads, and if i try downloading it from the website through a browser, it says I don't have any credits. It basically sounds like you're saying if you connect your adobe account, you're screwed...

It's not that you are screwed if you connect with your Adobe account.
It is just that your subscription is linked to your Substance account, and as the Substance and Adobe accounts are not linked we have no way of knowing the Adobe account has the same owner as the Substance account.

You can just  log in with your Substance account on the substance source web platform like you do on the launcher!
