Where is the Link to Link Steam accounts now???

This is a general question to assist others who are buying Substance Products through Steam.

I procure my indie license through Steam. There used to be a link on my profile that allowed me to link my Steam account. Before Substance was bought by Adobe, I believe it was a link called Steam, after I believe it was changed to Partners and when you click that link it allowed you to link accounts.

I don't see this anywhere on the new Substance website???

Would someone point me to where the linking is performed now?
(As I said this is a general question, my profile is still showing the proper licenses and I have access to them.)

This was discontinued early in the year and people had until February 2021 to link. Now perpetual is only on Steam.
