Substance Designer just close after launching ..

Hello im new here and using Substance Designer to create Textures ... but i got a problem .. when i try to start Designer this opens up :



when i Submit and try to create or start a File... Designer close itself..  after re-install not much changed.. the one new thing was this Question :



i hope someone can help me pls..
