Author Topic: udim workflow creates texture sets - no option to disable it  (Read 124 times)

recently we encountered a problem where substance painter creates texture sets when there are some materials assigned in the fbx file the project is initiated with. There seems to be no option to control it.
with the new udim workflow the texture sets are usually undesirable and we would like to be able to control that. We have shaders assigned in the fbx to bake the ID map from. Currently, we have to export fo meshes for substance - one to get the ids in the baker and the other one with no shaders as the base mesh to create a project with. both have identical topology and just different shader assignments.
is there any way in the python API to skip the texture sets creation in the udim workflow?
