Author Topic: Problem with filters (matfx_hbao...)  (Read 561 times)

Hello there.
I've tried to create damage and AO dirt filter which would take mask data and process them ( bolts, nuts, holes, panel lines... ). It work pretty well and in this early state and it is decently customisable via filters. Unfortunately I am having huge performance problems which make the use of this contraption a big hassle. I am basically waiting minutes for the project to load once I am using 4k textures and even with 1 UV. It is a bit better in 2k but still pretty poor performance. I have positively identified that my "filter" is causing this but I can't figure out what to change or how to make it better. Or maybe there is another way to go about this. I have the whole setup saved as smart material so I can send it as well.
