Author Topic: Dual Screens Substance Painter hangs on white screen  (Read 388 times)

Have tried clean install of Nvida Drivers and going into Nvidia control plannel and manually adding it, I have tried older versions of Substance too. I have also regedit GPU wait time.

This never used to happen but now nothing I do stops it. I can get it to open when unplugging my XP-Pen 22 pro but it randomly hangs when I turn it back on again. Also it doesn't give me a log after the hang and I end up having to force close.

So this one

You should be able to run the application by making sure Substance Painter starts on your regular screen and not your tablet. This is because of how Windows assign the GPU per application.
Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
