Author Topic: Error message "SubstanceWorkflowUtilities.ms" when loading Substance2 in 3dsMAX  (Read 606 times)

Hello there,
I just updated my plugin ''SUBSTANCE IN
3DS MAX'' to the newest one you have got today from your site.
I opened Substance2 material loaded several different substance materials as a test and once I pressed the option ''Substance to Vray''  the plugin does not make the nessesery material links I just get this error message and nothing else:

--Compile Error: Can't find include file:
SubstanceWorkflowUtilities.ms
-- In line: include "SubstanceWorkflowUtilities.ms"

My workstation information is:
Windows 10 Pro for Workstations 64-bit
Intel Core i7 @ 3.20GHz
16.0GB RAM
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti
3DS MAX 2018
V-Ray NEXT (update 3.2)


Can you help me figure it out and fix my problem because I can't.  :-\

FIXED IT


Found the file here in the Substance Folder: C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\SubstanceIn3dsMax2018\scripts\SubstanceWorkflowUtilities.ms

And I just copied it to the root folder of 3ds Max:
for me that is C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 2018

And problem was solved!
Don't mention it.
