hey so i have been texturing a character in substance and the hight map is stretching quite undesirably. the fill layer I applied it with is using triplaner projection so idk what's wrong?

Make sure your UVs are correct. Prior to unwrapping a mesh you should have scales that are uniform. Apply a checkerboard to your mesh in your 3D program and you'll see.
