Whenever I try and synchronize my Steam SP and SD 2021 licenses to get the standalone ones, this is the error I get.
My steam profile is set to public. Am I missing something here?

Same problem here and it seems we are not the only ones. Maybe a bug within the system? I wrote a mail to contact@substance3d.com, maybe we can get help there.
