Author Topic: Issues near seams in curvature map  (Read 312 times)

I encountered some weird issues with my bake and determined it is from the curvature map. The curvature map looks okay to the naked eye but when I use it to create a mask, there is weird behavior near seams.

Here is what happens when I use the curvature map to mix between black and white fill layers.

The seams I have arent ideal, but I thought I could get away with it using triplanar projection. Why are the seams causing these issues in the curvature map and is there a way to fix it without using different seams?

So there is no way to improve this, its just broken for some seam locations?
