Delighter? Is this still available?

I've downloaded a trial of Alchemist and looking to purchase soon. One thing I noticed is that the Delighter option is not available on my PC. I'm using NVidia GPU and have looked at other peoples comments regarding this issue, but have not yet been able to solve this problem.

Does anyone have insight? I previously posted, but my post was deleted.. Not sure why, but help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.

Any insight? Maybe this isn't a feature anymore? I'm seeing it in recent tutorials by Substance on YouTube, so I'm assuming that there is a bug or maybe I'm missing something.
