Cant install painter

I recently got a new hard drive because my old one broke and once i installed substance launcher it says painter is already installed (it currently is not) im assuming it detects remnants of the old drive and assumes it is, i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling but whenever i hit uninstall nothing happens

I am assuming the same thing. Does the software finish downloading before this error occurs or after the download has finished? Would you be able to post a log file? I have a few possible workarounds that I can narrow down with some additional information. In the meantime, we will try to find a way to reproduce this issue.
