I paid for a indie subscription for my sons account. He is not able to download any substance materials at all.

Hi, was your issue resolved? Sometimes it takes a few hours before downloads are available on Source.

You seem to have been able to connect since as I can see you downloaded assets after you posted the message, but just in case:
The points are linked to your Substance account, which is why it is important to log in on Source via the Substance account and not to use the login with Adobe option :)

Now it's fine. having two accounts is a pain (substance and adobe)
