The Server can not be reached

I am working for a large enterprise corp and am trying to access substance. I am receiving this server cannot be reached error upon opening substance launcher. I imagine its due to a blocked web address but haven't found any resources that state what should be whitelisted etc.

Are you still encountering this issue?
The two endpoints for login are:
https://leyfi.substance3d.com/
https://source-api.substance3d.com/

Let us know if adding these web addresses fixes this issue. If not, if you can post a log file, I will gladly look further into this issue. Thank you for the report!
