3Dmodels tab empty

Hi,

When I open Substance Launcher (with my account login on) my 3D Models tab is empty from files (in all categories).
Even when I log in to sketchfab account, still I can't see anything.
any solution?

We are unable to reproduce this issue. We will continue to investigate and reproduce this bug. Is this issue still occurring? If so, would you be able to send us a log file so we can investigate further?
