Is this possible?
And how well do imported textures integrate into designer?
Or is Designer based mosly on using the procedural nodes?
(I've only just started learning, but I cant find anything on using your own textures)

Your question is not clear..
Substance Designer treats all nodes as 2D images, these images can be the result of a procedural noise or a bitmap, it does not matter. In the end SD is just processing 2D images.

OK this is good to know, theres probably just a setting or slider I haven't found yet.
I've imported a bitmap by dragging it into the graph, now I'd like to increase the HV tiles of the bitmap so it repeats several times across the texture.

Figured it out.
Just needed to plug in a 2d transform node.
