Author Topic: How to : Package Blueprint only project with the Substance Plugin  (Read 15287 times)

Currently and because of the way C++ plug-ins work with the Unreal Engine 4, we are unable to provide a plugin that will operate as-is with blueprint only project. If you intend to package your work, you will need to add at least a dummy C++ class to your project.

The process is very easy to perform :

- Add C++ Code to your project using the UE4 wizard. It doesn't matter what type of code (we recommend an empty class). See the official documentation of the UE4 about this part : Unreal Engine 4 - C++ Wizard

- Once the C++ code is added you can then package your project. This C++ Code will let Unreal know to compile the plugin into your project.
Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
