AI powered b2m on the latest release?

Hello substance cats,
for some reason i just lost the ability to run the ai powered b2m after updating to the latest release today. it wont let me select it in the bitmap to material start screen and when i select it as a layer it is grayed out and the material appears black. it worked before. i'm on an nvidia quadro k4000 gpu..
please elaborate on whats going on?

Indeed, this should work.
Have you tried to update your graphics drivers?

If this does not solve the issue, can you send us a log file ?

Hey and thanks for the reply! I'm running the official Nvidia drivers off their website, build R450 U4 (452.39), updated just a few weeks ago.

I am deeply sorry, but AI powered bitmap to material requires latest CUDA runtime from NVIDIA, and this version of CUDA is no longer compatible with Quadro K4000.

The only way to continue to use Materia with your GPU is to reinstall version 2.2.

Well, it seems Image to material has worked, since normal informations have been computed.
- Could you check in the channels settings "Base Color" has not been disabled ?
- What are the output maps displayed in the 2D view ?
- Could you try and export this material to jpeg and see what are the output ?

Hello again le, thanks for the reply.
Here you go, its all turned on and on the 2D view the "scan" appears as the only other channel.

the output to JPG results in literally just a normal map


again, to clarify, this has worked before as i showed you, with this exact version.

It seems your Materia filter has some problems. Reimporting it may solve the problem:

- Find the localization of the filter: (something like "C:\Program Files\Allegorithmic\Substance Alchemist\Resources\assets\Internal\materia.alchfilter")
- In Filter panel, click the + button and "Import Filter".
- Browse to materia.alchfilter

It should warn you about version downgrading.
Agree to this... and it will reinstall the filter.

If this does not work, please let me know.

Hello, I just wanted to chime in and report that the image to PBR AI filter is broken for me as well.

I had to revert back to version 2.2 and delete my Local files alchemist files (Fix I saw in a different thread)

I recently installed the latest PS with the new AI stuff, I am assuming that is totally unrelated and this is just a bug in this new alchemist version?

The image Delighter is only available under the following configuration:

• Windows (version 8 minimum) and Linux
  
• GPU with more than 2GB of VRam
  
• GPU compatible with Nvidia CUDA version 11 and CUDA capabilities >= 3.5
  

The list of NVIDIA architecture supported are:
