Payment not recognized

Hi!

Yesterday I paid for an Indie subscription using Paypal, the money did come out from my account but I still have not gotten my license, they payment is still marked as "pending" in the substance website while as I say the money was taken from my account immediately. Is there someone from the company here that could help me with this? I sent an email as well to the support but I have not heard from them either.
