S-Source gives me only 8 loading dots - no materials

Dear Substance Team,

using the substance launcher for quite a while now. The launcher does not show any material in the Substance Source area. Nothing... just 8 buttons to show it is loading. But nothing will show up after  over 25min now.

I am using the launcher 1.5.2 Beta (Released: April 27, 2020) Build Number 92 under WIN10

You might say "well, that´s an WIN10 patch thing" might be, but that is not a solution. It happens quite often.
Sometimes the launcher works...sometimes not. 50% I would say.

Any Idea how to fix this? Maybe you know a workaround?

Sorry to see you have issues with the Launcher... !

In order for us to have a better understanding on what is going on here could please share your log file with us ?

To share your log file just click on the upper right corner of the app and select Export log.
Then upload the log file here

Hopefully we will be able to see why you have this issue since so far we did not succeed to reproduce this behaviour on our own computers.
