Author Topic: Gradient Dynamic and Gradient for color randomization  (Read 747 times)

I am following the Substance Academy tutorial (https://academy.substance3d.com/courses/Preparing-a-Zbrush-Tiling-Stone-Wall-to-send-to-Designer) about making a custom tiling stone wall. The tutorial skips showing some steps throughout and I am not sure what the settings are in filters of the included screenshot to make random colors.

I can not find any videos or links about Gradient Dynamic within Painter. I only end up with one overall color from the Gradient filter at the top of the stack. It says to make my ID map grayscale with random values using the Gradient Dynamic filter. That is the first step I do not know how to do.
