Hello! I've made a wood like material for a project, and everything looks fine except for my AO, When I use the AO (HBAO) node, it creates these weird artifacts and I dont know how to fix it, please help! :)

Please check that the nodes upstream of the image input of the Ambient Occlusion (HBAO) node all use at least 16 bit depth. It is possible one of the nodes outputs 8 bit depth, which carries over its low precision and banding across the nodes downstream.
