Author Topic: Why do I have to constantly re-register??  (Read 701 times)

I don't get why this is still happening, after so many years.  Why can't I register once and be done with it?  This has been happening literally for years through so many versions, how is this not fixed?

I personally just download the keyfile from my profile and use that to activate. Never prompts me again until next year when my key is expired.

The issue is with the login stored, simply clear the fields and retype your account information and it should work again.

Don't forget your log file. It can be exported from the Help menu of the software.
