I want to make a model to split into wings, arms, legs, teeth and tongue.
Both of these parts of the model if used together with the diffuse map 2048 * 2048.
How do these things go in substance painters?

If you have a mesh split into wings, arms, legs, teeth, and a tongue you can unwrap them to fit into the same 0-1 UV space, and apply the same Material ID to each part and Painter will merge their UVs into the same texture set.
