Author Topic: Substance Painter Exported Coloring Not Matching in Unreal Engine Without Plugin  (Read 1674 times)

I'm using the exported textures from Substance Painter, I'm not using the Substance Plugin, how would I correct this to where it matches up in Unreal Engine?

How did you manage to fix this?

The images export from SP should match in UE4. Be sure that you are exporting the metal/rough maps i.e. base color, roughness, metallic. In UE4, the base color needs to have sRGB checked, but the roughness and metallic need to have sRGB unchecked as they need to be processed as linear.
