Validation email not arrive

i can't validate my account, becouse the validation email not arrive.

I've been trying for several days, but it doesn't work

How can i solve this problem?

Unfortunately, the problem is still not solved.
I tried to explain it via email, but they reply with an automatic message.

i can't download material in substance source, becouse it's say me thak my account must be validated.

@Kabum unfortunately there is no other way, if you write to contact@substance3d.com they will be able to validate your account manually

Kabum: 30 Substance Source points per month are included in the Substance subscription.
You don't seem to have a subscription, which exlains why you can't see points, but if you want to try materials from Source to see if they fit your needs you can try downloading the free ones.
