Author Topic: Substance Asset Manger Multiple Copies Of Substance In C4D  (Read 5813 times)

In Cinema 4D when you copy a object with a Substance on it and paste it into a new scene file it makes like 6 copies of the substance in the Asset manger. Does anyone know how or why it does this? The problem with this is that is makes the Substance Cache file really big. Also why isn't it easier to relink a Substance when its missing in a file, something similar to the texture manger?

Same here. Would like to know why this happens. A video tutorial on Youtube working with C4D especially would be greatly appreciated. Especially with Redshift.
