Substance indie pack et V5 question

Hi all

I'm not sure I understood all the process. I bought an indie pack on steam on January the 25th, 2015. I believed that I was able to apply for a V5 update for free (understand this in a newsletter) and...nothing happened. So what don't I understand ?

Hey crystalnoir63,

you can link your steam account with your Allegrithmic account on the account page of the Allegorithmic website.
Once you've done that, you should be able to download Substance Designer 5.
If not, please contact Allegorithmic via the contact form on its website and attach your buying confirmation and invoice.
